Registered in-person attendees can purchase add-on tickets for Postgraduate Labs*, Guest Fees, the President’s Gala, Wellness Bundle, Friday MIT Tour or Lunch tickets on Friday/Sunday and Monday in the Exhibit Hall Lunch. Exhibitors can purchase for the Lunch, Wellness Bundle and the President's Gala tickets.
*Hands-On Postgraduate Labs
Enhance your skills with our Hands-on Lab Sessions taking place Saturday, November 14. Available exclusively to physician attendees, these hands-on labs offer practical training in Suturing (morning and afternoon sessions), Robotics, Hysteroscopy, vNOTES, Foundational Laparoscopic Skills, and Artificial Intelligence. Space is limited and registration is available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received on or before October 12, 2026. You will be refunded less a $150 administrative fee. No refunds can be granted after this date. Unfortunately, refunds cannot be granted for no-shows, however, you will have access to all the on-demand content until January 31, 2027. Note: Cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. To cancel your hotel reservation, please refer to the hotel cancellation policy in your hotel confirmation email and contact the hotel directly. Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date may result in a penalty. AAGL is not responsible for failure to check-in on your scheduled day of arrival and cannot guarantee availability onsite. By registering to attend a AAGL Global Congress, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. These policies are enforced, and apply to all exhibitors, speakers, vendors, sponsors, volunteers and guests. To view the policies click here.
Guest Registration
Guest Registration
A name badge is required for guests attending AAGL26 and must be worn at all AAGL events/sessions. A $165 guest fee applies and includes:
- Wellness Sessions (Yoga/5K RunWalk) – Saturday, November 14th, and/or Sunday, November 15th (If selected, Includes T-Shirt)
- Opening General Session – Saturday, November 14th
- Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall – Saturday, November 14th
- Entrance to the Exhibit Hall on Sunday, November 15th, and Monday, November 16th
All guests must be a registered to participate in any Congress activity and badges must be worn at all times. Please include your guest’s name during the registration process. Additional tickets may be purchased at the onsite registration desk but are not guaranteed if event is sold out in advance. Guests must abide by the attendee policies located here. *Exhibit Hall entry includes the Welcome reception however, a ticket is required for the Exhibit Hall lunch on Sunday and Monday ($85 per day), and the President's Gala.

Participants who require a visa to attend may request an official Letter of Invitation to support their visa application. To obtain a visa letter, attendees must first complete their registration and submit a visa letter request through the designated form. The invitation letter will confirm your registration and participation in the meeting but does not imply financial support or guarantee visa approval. Visa processing times vary by country, so attendees are encouraged to begin the application process as early as possible and consult their local embassy or consulate for specific requirements. Childcare and Onsite Mother's Lounge
Childcare and Onsite Mother's Lounge
To provide a safe and educational atmosphere during the Global Congress, children and infants are not permitted in sessions, the exhibit hall, or special events. If you plan to bring a child, please plan for care in advance. The onsite Mother's Lounge is a designated, private, and comfortable space provided specifically for nursing mothers. Children, including infants, under the age of 18 are not allowed in conference sessions, the General Sessions, the Opening Reception, Labs/Wellness Events and MIT Tour, the President's Gala, or in the Expo during move-in and set-up or move-out hours due to the safety concerns, audio recording and maintaining an appropriate learning environment.
