To access AAGL's discounted hotel rates, you must first complete your Congress registration. Once registered, you will receive a unique housing link with access to exclusive attendee rates at our official hotel partners. Boston is an exceptionally busy destination in the fall, and hotel rooms are expected to sell out quickly. . *AAGL reserves the right to modify hotel reservations for those attendees not officially registered for the meeting.

****Medical Students must provide documentation confirming current full-time enrollment in an accredited medical school or graduate program leading to a first doctoral degree. Registration is subject to verification by AAGL.

Add-On Ticket Options

Registered in-person attendees can purchase add-on tickets for Postgraduate Labs and lunches, guest fees, the President’s Gala and the Foundation Awards Event. Exhibitors can purchase these tickets to the through exhibitor registration process.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received on or before October 9, 2025. You will be refunded less a $150 administrative fee. No refunds can be granted after this date.  Unfortunately, refunds cannot be granted for no-shows, however, you will have access to all the on-demand content until January 31, 2026. Note: Cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. To cancel your hotel reservation, please refer to the hotel cancellation policy in your hotel confirmation email and contact the hotel directly. Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date may result in a penalty. AAGL is not responsible for failure to check-in on your scheduled day of arrival and cannot guarantee availability onsite. By registering to attend a AAGL Global Congress, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies. These policies are enforced, and apply to all exhibitors, speakers, vendors, sponsors, volunteers and attendees and guests.  To view the policies click here

A name badge is required for guests attending AAGL25 and must be worn at all AAGL events/sessions. A $150 guest fee applies and includes entry to:

  • Opening General Session – Sunday, November 9
  • Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall – Sunday, November 9
  • Entrance to the Exhibit Hall Sunday, November 9 - Tuesday, November 11

Separate ticket fees apply for Exhibit Hall lunches, the President's Gala and the Foundation Awards Event. All attendees must be a registered attendee or guest to participate. Please include your guest’s name during the registration process. Additional tickets may be purchased at the onsite registration desk but are not guaranteed if event is sold out in advance.

To request a Letter of Invitation for #AAGL25 please email your request to:  meetings@aagl.org. Be sure to visit our Visa essentials page for more information. If you are unable to obtain your Visa to travel to the meeting, you will be issued a full refund.  

To provide a safe and educational atmosphere during the Global Congress, children and infants are not permitted in sessions, the exhibit hall, or special events. If you plan to bring a child, please plan for care in advance.  The onsite Mother's Lounge is a designated, private, and comfortable space provided specifically for nursing mothers. Visit the family services page for more details.
