**IMPORTANT HOTEL UPDATE| AS of October 14, 2026**

The cut off date has passed at the Sheraton, Marriott and Westin and reservations at these hotels are now subject to the hotel's prevailing rates and availability. Good news, there are still a few options available - hurry rooms won't last long!  

• The Hilton Back Bay: The cutoff has been extended to October 19th or until the block is sold out whichever occurs first. 

• The Westin Copley Place: A very limited number of rooms remain at AAGL's special rate of $354 single/double plus tax per night. These rooms are available by email request, assigned on a first-come, first-served basis and are non-refundable. Please email meetings@aagl.org as soon as possible to inquire about rooms at the Westin. These limited discounted rooms are expected to go quickly!

Due to high demand, some hotels may have limited availability or may sell out during peak nights. If your preferred hotel is unavailable, we encourage you to check back frequently, as room inventory changes regularly and additional rooms may become available closer to the Congress dates.

Note: AAGL reserves the right to modify or cancel hotel reservations for individuals not officially registered for the meeting. Upon completion of your registration, you will receive a unique link to book accommodations within the official AAGL hotel block.

*Exhibitor Accommodations and Registration: 

Exhibitor accommodations are available and requires registration prior to booking. In addition to receiving exclusive negotiated rates and staying in close proximity to the convention center, exhibitors will earn priority points for rooms booked and utilized within the official exhibitor block. AAGL has been made aware of fraudulent websites claiming to handle official AAGL registration, housing, exhibits, and meeting space. These websites are scams. Do not share any personal or financial information with them. AAGL cannot guarantee registrations, lodging, exhibit space, or meeting space booked through unauthorized providers, nor provide redress for such bookings. If you encounter suspicious activity, please report it with any relevant documentation to meetings@aagl.org. Always use links provided directly by AAGL for registration and housing. If you are unsure, contact AAGL before booking.
