Housing and Accommodations

Registration and housing for the #AAGL24 Global Congress is open! Registration is required before you can book a hotel room within the AAGL room blocks. Please refer to the hotel map for a listing of official Congress hotels and book your rooms in the official hotel room block.  The hotel link will be sent to you once you register for the Congress.  If you did not receive a confirmation letter or link please contact:  Gerardo Galindo via email to ggalindo@aagl.org.

Room rates listed below are for single/double occupancy only. Additional fees will apply for the 3rd or 4th person in room, and availability is limited. Room rates noted do not include tax, currently 16.35% (subject to change). Please be sure to refer to the hotel cancellation policies to avoid fees.

Here are the hotels available for attendees at AAGL24 discounted rates.  Rooms are available until the cut-off date of October 8, 2024 or until the block is sold out, whichever occurs first.  Please book your room early as the blocks and city will SELL OUT before the cut off.

Note: AAGL reserves the right to modify hotel reservations for those attendees not officially registered for the Congress. Registrants will be notified.

You will receive a confirmation from the hotel once you submit your information. A credit card is required to book your reservation. To modify your hotel reservation, please refer to your confirmation number or contact the hotel directly. Be sure to review the hotel cancellation policies as fees may apply.

The AAGL is not working with outside entities to make hotel room reservations for the Global Congress.  AAGL hotels will not be calling you to help you make a reservation – any solicitation like that is a scam. Follow the link that is provide during the registration process to take advantage of the discounted rates. Reservations should be made only by using the online link which will be provided. Solicitations by outside organizations to book hotel rooms could imperil your personal information and result in problems with your reservation. If you receive communications from anyone other than AAGL Staff or the hotel related to your reservation, please contact AAGL immediately via email at ggalindo@aagl.org or by phone (800) 554-2245.
