Registration Fees & Policies

Registration and housing for AAGL24 is open! Registered attendees will receive a link to book housing after you complete your online registration. Below you will find information related to registration fees, special rate categories, cancellation, guest policy and more.  Once you register for the meeting, your confirmation letter will include links to book your hotel.  

Early bird registration pricing expires: Monday, September 2, 2024, 11:59 PM PST

Your registration fee includes:

  • Scientific Programming from November 16-19, 2024.
  • Over 20+ CME Credits
  • Postgraduate Didactic Courses, General Sessions, “Ted” Style AAGL Talks, Panels, Surgical Tutorials, Live Surgeries, and Oral Sessions and more.
  • Access to On-Demand Recorded Content (Available until January 31, 2025).
  • Exhibit Hall and special activities including product theaters, virtual posters, snacks and giveaways, entertainment in the AAGL Booth.
  • Welcome Reception, exhibit hall breakfast and lunches and all-day beverages.
  • Industry Labs and Industry symposia.
  • Printed and online scientific program and online abstract supplement book.
  • Mobile App, Scheduling Tool, and Networking Platform.
  • Registered in-person attendees can purchase add-on tickets for postgraduate labs and luncheons, guest fees, Foundation Awards dinner and the President’s Masquerade party.

Registered in-person attendees can purchase add-on tickets for Postgraduate labs and luncheons, guest fees, Foundation Awards dinner and the President’s Masquerade party.  Exhibitors can purchase tickets to the through exhibitor registration process.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and received on or before October 10, 2024. You will be refunded less a $150 administrative fee. No refunds can be granted after this date.  Unfortunately, refunds cannot be granted for no-shows, however, you will have access to all the on-demand content until January 31, 2025. Note: Cancelling your registration does not automatically cancel your hotel reservation. To cancel your hotel reservation, please refer to the hotel cancellation policy in your hotel confirmation email and contact the hotel directly. Failure to arrive on your scheduled arrival date may result in a penalty. AAGL is not responsible for failure to check-in on your scheduled day of arrival and cannot guarantee availability onsite. A name badge is required for guests attending the AAGL Global Congress and worn at all times. A $150 guest fee applies and includes entry to:

  • Opening General Session – Sunday, November 17th
  • Welcome Reception in the Exhibit Hall – Sunday, November 17th
  • Entrance to the Exhibit Hall Monday, November 18th to Tuesday, November 19th

Separate ticket fees apply for exhibit hall lunches, the President’s Masquerade Party and Foundation Awards dinner. All attendees must be a registered attendee or guest to participate. Please include your guest’s name during the registration process. Additional tickets may be purchased at the onsite registration desk but not guaranteed if event is sold out in advance.

To request a VISA letter, you must be registered for #AAGL24.  Email your request to Gerardo Galindo via email to:  ggalindo@aagl.org. If you are unable to obtain your Visa to travel to the meeting, you will be issued a full refund.

To provide a safe and educational atmosphere during the AAGL Global Congress, children and infants are not allowed in educational sessions, the exhibit hall, or special events. If you plan to bring a child, please plan for care in advance.
