Rate: $199 per night, plus tax

It is Spring Break in Florida so book your room early! The cutoff date is February 18, 2026, or until the block is sold out, whichever occurs first. Be sure to book by the cutoff — rates will increase during this busy season!

Note: Confirmed registrants will receive a link to book reservations once you register for the Summit.  The reservation link will be in your confirmation email.  We appreciate you booking your room and supporting the official Summit hotel.

Arriving in Orlando
Attendees should fly into Orlando International Airport (MCO).  MCO is approximately 17.4 miles from the Renaissance Orlando Resort at Disney Springs. The hotel does not provide shuttle service.
