Lara Harvey, MD, MPH is an Associate Professor of OBGYN in the Minimally Invasive Surgery Gynecologic Division at Vanderbilt University Medical Center. She currently serves as FMIGS Program Director at VUMC and Program Director Representative to the FMIGS Board. Her clinical interests include hysteroscopy, fibroids, endoscopic robotics, and global health. She recently presented a TEDx talk on anthropology and women's health. Dr. Harvey graduated from Vanderbilt University Medical School, completed residency training at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, Boston, MA, and FMIGS fellowship at VUMC. She lives in Brentwood, TN with her husband, 4 children, and golden mountain doodle.
