Dr. Cesta completed residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Summa Health in Akron, Ohio. She continued her surgical training at the University of Louisville and completed a fellowship in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. After fellowship, she returned to Summa and currently serves as a Medical Director for the Virtual Care Simulation Lab where she is actively involved in resident education. She is currently a member of the FMIGS Simulation Committee. During fellowship, she was a co-surgeon during a hysterectomy to remove the largest recorded uterus laparoscopically.
