After residency at the University of Western Ontario, in London, Canada, Dr. Rajakumar completed a 2-yr fellowship through the AAGL in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery with a special focus on endometriosis and chronic pelvic pain as well as a fellowship in Simulation and Medical Education at University of Ottawa. Dr. Rajakumar currently has a practice at the University of Calgary with appointments to Women's Health and Clinical Neurosciences. During his tenure he was the president of the Section of OBGYN for the Alberta Medical Association and provincial lead for Enhanced Recovery After Surgery (ERAS) for benign gynecology and now is the: • Chief of Surgery at the South Health Campus Hospital • Division Head of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery • Physician Lead of the outpatient hysteroscopy and minor surgery program • Medical Director of the simulation center at University of Calgary
