Description: This session addresses perioperative optimization, surgeon well-being, recovery, environmental impact, and long-term safety across minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. The talks span patient-level and system-level interventions that can improve care before, during, and after surgery.

Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:

1. Identify strategies that improve perioperative recovery and safety.
2. Discuss patient and surgeon factors affecting surgical outcomes.
3. Evaluate system-level measures including sustainability, length of stay, and long-term morbidity.
