MIT Center for Gynepathology Research (CGR) was co-founded by AAGL past-president Keith Isaacson and Linda Griffith in 2009 to bring new technologies into diagnosing and treating endometriosis and adenomyosis. This event will feature short presentations by collaborating surgeons and basic scientists, lab tours, and hands-on demonstrations. The objective is to share the latest developments in organs-on-chips for endometriosis drug development – including updates on old and new drugs being tested in these models and advanced imaging combined with AI interpretation to illuminate endometrial pathologies at the cellular and molecular level. Technical content will be preceded by a reception with light refreshments to foster discussion of how technologies can help clinical practice.
Note: Tour participants will meet/depart from Hynes Convention Center and walk to the MIT Campus. Event takes place rain or shine.
