Description: Perspectives from Australia, Italy, Mexico, and Canada examine how women's voices and technological progress can produce safer, more equitable, outcomes-driven care. The session connects advocacy and surgical accountability with technology-enabled therapeutic de-escalation, standardized systems, and a patient-centered model for women facing barriers to minimally invasive treatment.

Learning Objectives: After attending this session, the participant will be able to: 1) Explain how women's lived experiences and advocacy can shape health policy, informed consent, and outcomes measurement in endometriosis care; 2) Compare surgical coaching, video review, and borderless mentorship as mechanisms for transparency and continuous improvement; 3) Evaluate how technological innovation can support evidence-based therapeutic de-escalation and individualized treatment; and 4) Identify system-level strategies to standardize MIGS excellence and deliver equitable, respectful care to patients facing treatment barriers.
