Description: This 2-h course reviews evidence- based medicine in clinical presentation, pathophysiology, treatment of endometriomas and provides an update on the most recent recommendations for ovarian endometrioma management.

Learning Objectives: After attending this session, the participant will be able to: 1) Understand the pathophysiology of endometrioma; 2) Develop the ability to design patient-specific treatment plans for endometrioma management; and 3) Formulate strategies for fertility preservation in patients with endometriomas.
