Through hands-on anatomical simulation, participants will explore how vNOTES address the visibility and accessibility challenges of traditional vaginal approaches. The course will cover surgical anatomy, optimal port placement, and the sequential execution of scarless hysterectomy. The lab will also focus on both the indications and the procedural steps for apical suspension to ensure durable pelvic floor support and adnexal surgery.
Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Demonstrate safe vNotes access and visualization;
- Execute vNotes hysterectomy; and
- Perform apical suspension.
