Weather:

November in Vancouver is a season of cozy charm, where crisp, cool air mingles with the lingering colors of autumn and a soft drizzle adds that signature Pacific Northwest vibe. The weather is mild for fall, with temperatures around the mid-40s°F (8°C), making it perfect for stylish layers. For the Global Congress, business casual is the way to go—think polished yet comfortable outfits that can adapt to the changing weather.  A weather proof jacket, shoes and compact umbrella are advisable. Meeting rooms tend to be cool, so please bring a layer when you are attending these sessions. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as walking is a must!

What to Wear:

  • Education Sessions & Exhibit Hall: Business casual. Stay comfy for learning and exploring!

  • Foundation Awards Event: Cocktail chic for an evening of giving and celebration!

  • President’s Gala: Black tie optional — or go 1920s glam! Think dapper gents or vintage flapper flair. A nod to the era is fun, but not required.
