Please note: Vancouver operates on Pacific Standard Time (PST). PST is two hours behind Central Time (CT) and three hours behind Eastern Time (ET). All conference events and times listed below are shown in Pacific Standard Time (PST).

- Download and use graphics from our social media hub page – images are sized for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
Attendee registration will be located on level 1, in the Vancouver Convention Centre. Please be sure to have your QR code* from your registration email for easy access and onsite badge printing. The AAGL Information desk will be available from Saturday to Tuesday. Exhibitor registration is located in the foyer right outside the Exhibit Hall on the lower level of the Vancouver Convention Centre.

*You will receive a QR code registration email one week prior to the meeting. If you do not receive your code, please email the AAGL Meetings team at meetings@aagl.org.

AAGL is proud to once again provide a dedicated Mother’s Lounge—a quiet, comfortable space for nursing mothers. The lounge is furnished with cozy seating, a microwave, refrigerator, mirror, charging outlets, and essential supplies to help make your time away from sessions as easy and comfortable as possible. The lounge is located at the Vancouver Convention Centre in room 101.
When you arrive, simply check in with the in-room attendant, who will be happy to assist you.

* The Vancouver Convention Center also has a dedicated Nursing Room for all Center guests and is located on Level 1.
The Speaker Ready Room is located at the Vancouver Convention Centre in room 208-209. All presentations will be submitted to the Speaker Ready Room where they will be distributed to the appropriate computer by our technicians. Session presenters may utilize the Speaker Ready Room to preview their presentation and prepare their slides. The Speaker Ready Room is equipped with computers and printers, and a copy machine.

November in Vancouver is a season of cozy charm, where crisp, cool air mingles with the lingering colors of autumn and a soft drizzle adds that signature Pacific Northwest vibe. The weather is mild for fall, with temperatures around the mid-40s°F (8°C), making it perfect for stylish layers. For the Global Congress, business casual is the way to go—think polished yet comfortable outfits that can adapt to the changing weather. A weather proof jacket, shoes and compact umbrella are advisable. Meeting rooms tend to be cool, so please bring a layer when you are attending these sessions. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as walking is a must!
Attire for the Foundation Awards Event is cocktail attire and for the President's Gala, black tie (optional) or 1920s-inspired attire encouraged. Feel free to channel the timeless elegance of a dapper gentleman or the glamour of a vintage flapper — a nod to the era is welcome, but not required.
