Dr Pille Pargmae is since 2019 Consultant Gynaecologist and Specialist in Minimal Invasive Surgery and Endometriosis and founder of the endometriose services at Radboud University Medical Centre, The Netherlands.  She is lead and educational supervisor for trainees in Ob/Gyn in benign complex gynaecology; lead for regional minimal invasive simulation training.  She holds a medical degree from Estonia, followed by Ob/Gyn training in the United Kingdom, Oxford University Hospital with advanced training in minimal invasive surgery. This was followed with MIS and endometriosis fellowship with prof Joerg Keckstein in Austria. She is involved in research and publications in the field, and member of ESGE (European Socitey og Gynaecologival Surgery), BSGE (Britisch Society of Gynaecological Surgery), EEL (European Endometriosis League) , NVOG (Dutch Soscitey for Obstetric and Gynaecology.
