My clinical focus is the care of children and adolescents with complex gynecologic conditions, with particular expertise in adolescent pelvic pain and endometriosis. My work emphasizes timely diagnosis and equitable access to minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (MIGS) and specialty care for adolescents. I currently hold a leadership role within the Center for Health Equity within the WMCHealth Network in addition to serving as Chief of Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology, advancing initiatives to improve care delivery and reduce structural barriers in reproductive health. My research focuses on quality improvement in the care of girls and young women, with an emphasis on surgical decision-making and outcomes, including management of adnexal lesions with ovarian tissue preservation and menstrual management.
