Kate McCracken, MD, FACOG, is an Associate Professor in the Division of Gynecology within the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Michigan. She serves as the Director of the Pediatric and Adolescent Gynecology (PAG) Section. She received her medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine, completed a residency in Ob/Gyn at The Ohio State University, and a fellowship in PAG at Kosair Children’s Hospital. She is board-certified in Ob/Gyn, with a Focused Practice Certification in PAG. Dr. McCracken is committed to providing gynecologic and reproductive healthcare for girls and young women. She is passionate about treatment of pelvic pain/endometriosis, contraceptive care, fertility preservation, heavy menstrual bleeding, and surgical pelvic reconstruction for girls and young women with mullerian anomalies, reproductive tract anomalies, and anorectal malformations. She is an active member of NASPAG and the immediate past chair of the AAGL Pediatric and Adolescent Special Interest Group.
