The world of intra-uterine surgery is so diverse with numerous abnormalities and pathologies that can be treated with a variety of minimally invasive surgical techniques, from submucosal fibroids and polyps, to RPOC, intrauterine adhesions, isthmocele, Mullerian anomalies, endometrial hyperplasia, and many others. The debate continues on which tool is best for hysteroscopic surgery, a topic that’s unnecessarily polarizing, leaving two camps agreeing to disagree. In this session on intrauterine surgery, we aim to explore the main surgical tools available, their pros and cons, and the role of each in maximizing patient outcomes and resource utilization.

Learning Objectives: After attending this session, the participant will be able to: 1) Outline the available surgical tools for intra-uterine surgery; 2) Explain the pros and cons of hysteroscopic surgical tools; and 3) Choose the appropriate surgical tool for the intra-uterine pathology.
