#AAGL24 welcomes you to this year’s Global Congress, in the birthplace of jazz...New Orleans, Louisiana. To help you prepare for the week , we’ve put together this quick guide so you’re ready for a successful week.
Please note: Louisiana is in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone. Central is two hours ahead of the Pacific time zone (California), and one hour behind the Eastern time zone (New York). All conference events and timing below is listed in CST.

Attendee registration will be located on level 2, in the New Orleans Theater Lobby. Please be sure to have your QR code* from your registration email for easy access and onsite badge printing. To also assist you onsite, an AAGL Information desk will be available from Saturday through Tuesday located on Level 1, Hall H, at the bottom of the escalators.

This year's Mother's Lounge (level 2, room 274) will be equipped with comfortable furniture, microwave, refrigerator, mirror, charging outlets and supplies for lactating mothers. To access the onsite Mother’s Lounge, pick up a keycard at the Bootcamp or Main Registration Desk located on level 2 at Hall H.

* The Convention Center Nursing Mother’s Rooms are located on Level 1, in the lobby of Hall H and Hall B. If necessary, additional accommodation can be made at the Medical Services Stations in Lobby areas of Halls B, F & H.
The Speaker Ready Room (level 2, room 270). All presentations will be submitted to the Speaker Ready Room where they will be distributed to the appropriate computer by our technicians. Session presenters may utilize the Speaker Ready Room to preview their presentation and prepare their slides. The Speaker Ready Room is equipped with computers and printers, and a copy machine.

It's a beautiful time of year in November in New Orleans with the average high temperature of 71°F (21°C) and average lows of 51°F (10°C) .
Attire for the meeting is business casual, we want you to be comfortable during the all education sessions. Convention center meeting rooms can be cool, so please bring a layer when you are attending these sessions. Be sure to wear comfortable shoes as walking is a must!
Attire for the Foundation Awards Ceremony at the Fillmore is cocktail attire and for the President's Masquerade Party at Antoine's - cocktail attire and a mask!
