This tutorial is specifically designed for minimally invasive gynecologic surgeons who are involved in the management of tuboovarian abscess. It is suitable for both experienced surgeons looking to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field, as well as trainees seeking to develop a solid foundation in surgical management techniques. The tutorial will consist of didactic lectures, interactive case discussions, and video presentations. The lectures will cover the theoretical aspects of tuboovarian abscess management, including its etiology, pathophysiology, and diagnostic criteria. Case discussions will focus on reviewing clinical scenarios and formulating appropriate surgical management strategies. Video presentations will showcase surgical interventions, demonstrating the complexities of the procedures and providing tips and tricks to optimize outcomes. Upon completion of this tutorial, participants will have acquired an in-depth understanding of the surgical management options for tuboovarian abscess, including noninvasive medical management, imagelllguided drainage, and laparoscopic interventions. They will be equipped with practical knowledge, refined decision-making skills, and surgical techniques through the analysis of case scenarios and video presentations. Participants will also gain insights into managing tuboovarian abscess complicated by endometrioma, with a focus on identifying challenges and optimizing outcomes.

Learning Objectives
At the conclusion of this activity, the audience member will be able to: 1) Recognize the clinical manifestations, diagnostic criteria, and indications for surgical intervention in tuboovarian abscess; 2) Evaluate the efficacy of noninvasive medical management and image-guided drainage techniques for tuboovarian abscess; 3) Discuss the impact of endometrioma on the management and outcomes of tuboovarian abscess; 4) Identify and manage the challenges and potential complications associated with surgical interventions for tuboovarian abscess; and 5) Optimize outcomes in surgical interventions for tuboovarian abscess, including proper surgical technique, intraoperative decision-making, and postoperative care.
