This course will address the diagnosis and management (medical and surgical) of menstrual outflow tract obstructions in the adolescent.

Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, the participant will be able to: 1) Recognize the importance of timely diagnosis of obstructive Mullerian anomalies, and when and how to screen for concomitant congenital anomalies; 2) Develop strategies for medical management of outflow tract anomalies to reduce patient discomfort and aid in shared medical decision-making regarding timing and performance of surgical interventions; and 3) Utilize and adopt minimally invasive surgical techniques to optimize the sexual and reproductive health of patients with an obstructive anomaly.
