Brianne D. Romeroso, MD, FACOG, MSCP, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. She serves as Assistant Chief of Obstetrics and Gynecology at UCLA Santa Monica Medical Center, a founding faculty member of the Division of Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery at UCLA, and the Lead of Clinical Development for the UCLA Comprehensive Menopause Program. Dr. Romeroso is a fellow of ACOG, a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), and a member of AAGL, The Menopause Society, and ISSWSH. Dr. Romeroso's clinical and academic interests center on the integration of midlife care within complex benign gynecology, including the interplay of menopause and hormone therapy with minimally invasive gynecologic surgery and general fibroid management. Through her work with the UCLA Comprehensive Menopause Program, she has helped develop multidisciplinary care pathways, educational resources, and clinical models that address persistent gaps in menopause care. She is actively developing curricula to support menopause education for Complex Benign Gynecology fellows, OB/GYN residents, and trainees and faculty across all medical specialties. Dr. Romeroso is dedicated to the advancement of evidence-based surgical and longitudinal care for gynecologic patients across the reproductive lifespan.
