Description: This session presents advanced management of endometriosis involving the urinary and gastrointestinal tracts. Videos cover ureteral reimplantation, obstructive ureteral disease, nephroureterectomy, bladder reconstruction, discoid bowel excision, and robotic strategies for bowel disease.
Learning Objectives: At the end of this course, the participant will be able to:
- Plan multidisciplinary surgery for urinary-tract and bowel endometriosis.
- Compare ureterolysis, reimplantation, and more definitive urinary procedures.
- Apply techniques for bowel excision while limiting residual disease.
- Anticipate reconstruction and postoperative considerations after multiorgan surgery.
