Description: Adnexal masses are frequently encountered in gynecologic practice, yet distinguishing benign from malignant lesions remains a critical clinical challenge. Accurate risk stratification using evidence-based tools such as the IOTA Simple Rules and Models and the O-RADS improves diagnostic accuracy, optimizes patient management, and helps identify cases that require referral to gynecologic oncology. This postgraduate course aims to provide clinicians with practical knowledge and structured algorithms for evaluating adnexal masses, integrating imaging findings with validated risk models to support appropriate decision-making and timely specialist referral.
