Attendee and exhibitor registration is located on the 2nd floor Prefunction Area. For a quick check-in, please have your registration QR code ready from your confirmation email or registration portal. To avoid lines, we recommend picking up your badge on Friday or early Saturday before the Opening General Session.

Speaker Ready Room

The Speaker Ready Room is located in Room 313. All presentations will be submitted to the Speaker Ready Room where they will be distributed to the appropriate computer by our technicians. Session presenters may utilize the Speaker Ready Room to preview their presentation and prepare their slides. The Speaker Ready Room is equipped with computers and printers.

Mother’s Lounge and Onsite Mamava Pod

AAGL is proud to once again provide a dedicated Mother’s Lounge—a quiet, comfortable space for nursing mothers. The lounge is furnished with seating, a microwave, refrigerator, mirror, charging outlets, and essential supplies to help make your time away from sessions as easy and comfortable as possible. The AAGL Mother's Lounge is located in Room 308. When you arrive, simply check in with the in-room attendant, who will be happy to assist you.

A Mamava Nursing Pod is also available at the Hynes Convention Center. These enclosed, private spaces are lactation stations for new mothers that can be used by employees, visitors, and attendees. The pod is located on the first floor off the South rotunda near the elevator. Download the Mamava app to unlock the pod.

Tickets are available for the MIT Tour, Wellness Yoga and 5K events and the President's Gala - A Swaggerific Shindig! These events are one of a kind and will give you an experience you won't forget. And don't forget - show your Gala ticket in the AAGL booth #704 for a special gift!

The President's Gala: Don’t miss the celebration of the year! Get dressed up, bring your best energy, and join us for an unforgettable evening celebrating AAGL and our incredible community.

MIT Tour: Registered participants will receive meetup details and walking directions prior to the event. Plan to arrive a few minutes early to check in and network with others!

Virtual Yoga: Get ready to stretch, refresh, and recharge! Registered participants will receive a link approximately 15 minutes before the session. Please make sure you have logged into the system beforehand to ensure connectivity.

Lost and Found

Lost & Found: The MCCA Public Safety property claim area is located in the Command Center at the Hynes Convention Center and is open during normal business hours (Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.), as well as during all event times.

To arrange pickup of a claimed item, please contact the Hynes Command Center at (617) 954-2111 or submit a Lost & Found Claim Form. If your lost item matches an item that has been turned in, Hynes staff will contact you directly. To improve the likelihood of a match, we recommend including a photo of your item when submitting the claim form.

Emergency Services: For safety while on-site, save the Hynes Emergency Hotline in your phone so you can quickly report any urgent situation, request medical support, or notify Security.

Hynes Command Center (inside the building) — Dial x2111 from any house phone for immediate security or medical response.
Hynes Command Center (outside line) — Call (617) 954-2111 if you’re off-site or using a mobile phone.
If you call 911 — Always notify the Command Center so responders can be directed to your exact location.

Weather and Attire

Weather & Attire
November in Boston is cool and crisp, with temperatures typically ranging from the mid-40s to mid-50s°F (7–13°C). Business casual attire is appropriate for the meeting. We recommend dressing in layers, bringing a light jacket and compact umbrella, and wearing comfortable shoes for exploring the city. Meeting rooms can be cool, so an extra layer is always a good idea.

What to Wear:

Education Sessions and Exhibit Hall: Business casual.
MIT Tour: Casual attire and comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Dress for the weather, as the tour includes a walk from the Sheraton to MIT and additional time exploring the campus outdoors.
President's Gala: Black tie optional—or join the fun with a British Invasion / MOD inspired look. Theme attire is encouraged but not required.
