Irakli Shalolashvili serves as Partner and General Counsel at M&D Capital Premier Billing, where he oversees all legal affairs, contracts, and client-related matters. Since joining the company in 2020, he has led key business initiatives, including multimillion-dollar settlements on behalf of clients and strategic acquisitions.
Before joining M&D Capital, Irakli practiced commercial litigation at Wick Phillips in Dallas and began his career with Baker & McKenzie in Miami. While at Wick Phillips, he litigated and presented oral argument in a published case before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, among other complex litigation matters.
He earned his Juris Doctor, magna cum laude and Order of the Coif, from the University of Miami School of Law, where he interned for a full academic year in the chambers of the Honorable Robin S. Rosenbaum of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and served as an editor for the Inter-American Law Review.
