Randa J. Jalloul, MD, MS, FACOG, is a board-certified gynecologist and minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon with advanced expertise in complex MIGS procedures. Dr. Jalloul is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics, Gynecology and Reproductive Sciences at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston. She is actively involved in surgical education and clinical research in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, with academic interests including outcomes of fertility-sparing surgery, myomectomy, and endometriosis management. Her clinical practice is dedicated exclusively to gynecology, with a focus on minimally invasive, fertility-sparing surgical management of benign gynecologic disease. She provides comprehensive care for patients with uterine fibroids, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, and abnormal uterine bleeding, emphasizing individualized surgical planning and evidence-based decision-making. Dr. Jalloul has particular expertise in fertility-sparing surgery, including advanced laparoscopic, robotic, and vaginal myomectomy for complex fibroid disease, as well as minimally invasive excision of endometriosis.
