Speaker Bio
Dr. Mariana Corinti is a dedicated and highly trained gynecologic surgeon with a strong academic and surgical background, specialized in minimally invasive and robotic gynecologic procedures. Originally from Brazil, she earned her medical degree from a leading Brazilian medical school and went on to complete a comprehensive three-year residency program in Obstetrics and Gynecology. During her residency, she gained extensive experience in women’s health care, encompassing high-volume obstetric and gynecologic surgery, emergency care, and outpatient management. Motivated by a passion for surgical excellence and a desire to offer cutting-edge care to her patients, Dr. Corinti pursued further specialization in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery. She undertook an intensive three-year fellowship, focusing on advanced laparoscopy and complex pelvic procedures, with a particular interest in the treatment of endometriosis, uterine fibroids, and other benign gynecologic conditions. This period significantly deepened her technical skills and allowed her to refine her approach to patient-centered surgical care. Furthering her commitment to innovation and surgical precision, she completed a fellowship in robotic gynecologic surgery at Hospital Israelita Albert Einstein in São Paulo, one of the most prestigious medical centers in Latin America. There, she mastered the use of the robotic platform for complex pelvic surgeries, including hysterectomy, myomectomy, and fertility-preserving procedures, and contributed to the training of junior surgeons and residents. Her approach to gynecologic surgery combines advanced technology with thoughtful clinical judgment. She is known for her meticulous technique, her dedication to improving surgical ergonomics and efficiency, and her ability to tailor procedures to each patient’s needs. Her clinical practice focuses on treating patients with deep infiltrating endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, adenomyosis, and other challenging conditions using minimally invasive techniques that promote faster recovery, lower complication rates, and better cosmetic outcomes. In addition to her clinical work, Dr. Corinti is actively involved in surgical education and mentorship. She has developed mentorship programs aimed at experienced gynecologists who wish to transition into robotic surgery. Through hands-on training and personalized guidance, she helps bridge the gap between traditional surgical approaches and new-generation technologies. Dr. Corinti regularly participates in national and international congresses, workshops, and case discussions. She values continuous learning and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Her professional mission includes not only delivering high-quality care but also disseminating knowledge and contributing to the advancement of gynecologic surgery worldwide. She is fluent in English and Portuguese and is currently seeking opportunities to collaborate globally, especially in the fields of surgical training, innovation, and clinical research in minimally invasive gynecology.
