Dr. Mark Lachiewicz, MD/MPH attended UNC Medical School, graduating in 2010. He went to Cleveland Clinic/Metrohealth for Residency and Emory University for a Pelvic Surgery fellowship. He stayed on faculty for 8 years. He earned his MPH from Emory’s Rollins School of Public Health in 2020. He is a fellow in the American College of OB/GYN, Board certified from the American Board of OB/GYN, and has a focused practice designation from ABOG in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery. He has been at Duke and the Durham VAMC for 3 years. He is an Associate Professor, the Director of the Pelvic Pain Clinic at Duke University, The Director of Surgical Simulation in the Department of OB/GYN, and the VA Residency Rotation Director. He has a very busy clinical and surgical practice with a focus on pelvic pain in women.
