Dr. Janelle Moulder is an Associate Professor in the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wake Forest University School of Medicine. Her clinical and research interests include surgical outcomes in gynecologic surgery and perioperative pain management. She is dedicated to educating residents and fellows in gynecologic surgery, emphasizing a multimodal, interdisciplinary approach to treatment for all patients when possible. Dr. Moulder graduated from the Yale University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Brigham and Women's Hospital/Massachusetts General Hospital integrated obstetrics and gynecology program of Harvard Medical School. She then matriculated to University of North Carolina Chapel Hill where she completed her AAGL fellowship in Complex Benign Gynecology - Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery and additional fellowship training in pain medicine, with an emphasis on pelvic pain. During fellowship, she received a master of science in clinical research at the UNC Gillings School of Global Public Health. She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.
