Emina Gulbis is a dedicated and compassionate physician currently completing her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the University of Arizona College of Medicine – Phoenix. An immigrant who moved to the United States at the age of three and a half, she brings a unique and deeply personal perspective to patient care, shaped by her own experiences navigating diverse cultural and healthcare landscapes. Dr. Gulbis began her academic journey at the University of Massachusetts Boston, where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology. She went on to receive a Master’s in Genomics and Health from Johns Hopkins University, deepening her understanding of the intersection between genetics and public health. She earned her medical degree from the University of Washington School of Medicine, graduating in 2025. Throughout her education and training, Dr. Gulbis has remained passionate about reproductive justice, culturally competent care, and advocating for historically marginalized populations. As an OB/GYN resident, she is committed to providing high-quality, empathetic care to patients and contributing to research and community initiatives that improve health outcomes for women across all backgrounds.
