Description: This course explores the transformative impact of emerging technologies on the care continuum for chronic pelvic pain patients, aligning with the AAGL's mission of driving innovation in gynecologic care. Chronic pelvic pain, a complex and deeply individualized condition, demands a personalized approach. This course mirrors the patient journey from history-taking and physical examination to diagnosis and treatment, by integrating novel tools such as AI-powered electronic health records and imaging, simulation-based training, incisionless high intensity focused ultrasound (HIFU) and patient-centric digital applications. Participants will discover how these technologies not only improve diagnostic accuracy and therapeutic outcomes but also enhance the physician-patient relationship by fostering a more personalized and efficient care experience.
