Patients or Participants: 36 y/o G2P0101at 10 weeks 4 days with history of cervical insufficiency, failed transvaginal cerclage placement, and classical cesarean delivery who wished to proceed with laparoscopic transabdominal cerclage placement during pregnancy.
Interventions: None
Measurements and Main Results: Demonstrate a stepwise approach for successful laparoscopic transabdominal cerclage placement in a bicornuate uterus during first trimester of pregnancy.
Conclusion: We demonstrate the key techniques for successful laparoscopic transabdominal cerclage placement in a bicornuate uterus during first trimester of pregnancy.
