Abstract
Study Objective: Inguinal endometriosis is rare, occurring in 0.4% of the population. This educational video aims to review the presentation, surgical management and relevant anatomy of inguinal endometriosis.

Design: Surgical video.

Setting: Academic hospital operating room.

Patients or Participants: This is a 35 year old G0 presenting with chronic right groin pain found to have inguinal endometriosis.

Interventions: The patient underwent robotic assisted laparoscopic excision of endometriosis and concurrent open right inguinal hernia repair with mesh.

Measurements and Main Results: Surgery was uncomplicated with minimal EBL. The patient was discharged on postoperative day 0. At 4 weeks postoperative, she had resolution of all pain.

Conclusion: Inguinal endometriosis is rare, but should be on the differential for patients presenting with chronic groin pain. Optimal management is surgical excision with concurrent reinforcement/repair of the inguinal ring.
