Design: Case series of patients demonstrating anterior colpotomy.
Setting: Single academic center.
Patients or Participants: NA
Interventions: NA
Measurements and Main Results: NA
Conclusion: Vaginal peritoneal access remains relevant for the MIGS surgeon, as vaginal hysterectomy is still the preferred route of hysterectomy and vNOTES hysterectomy is gaining popularity. Having several techniques ready to troubleshoot anterior cul-de-sac entry can make it much less daunting.
