Measurements and Main Results: HTRS was effective in complete evacuation of pregnancy from one half of a septate uterus without any damage to endometrium
Conclusion: Hysteroscopy with HTRS should be employed in all cases of removing unwanted pregnancy especially in presence of Uterine anomalies
