Abstract
Study Objective: To review options for surgical management of endometriomas in patient’s desiring future fertility. Demonstrate surgical techniques for safe and efficient excision of endometrioma and to delineate methodology to reduce the risk of loss of ovarian reserve in a patient desiring future fertility.

Conclusion: Ovarian cystectomy is a technique that can be used to excise an endometrioma. It has lower recurrence rates than aspiration, ablation and sclerotherapy. This video will demonstrate a systematic approach and knowledge of factors that decrease ovarian reserve to allow for safe and efficient excision of endometriomas.
