K. Mariah Sankey-Thomas, MD attended Howard University where she received a B.S in Sports Medicine graduating magna cum laude. She obtained her medical degree from the University of South Alabama College of Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology at The University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, TX. Dr. Sankey-Thomas is currently a minimally invasive gynecologic surgery fellow at Dell Medical School at The University of Texas at Austin in Austin, Texas. Her research and clinical interests include fibroids, endometriosis, and a commitment to ending disparities in healthcare.
