Dr. Oshinowo is a board-certified, fellowship-trained minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon specializing in pelvic pain. She earned her MD from Stanford University School of Medicine and her MPH from the University of California, Berkeley. Following her OB/GYN residency at the University of Michigan Medical School, where she developed a passion for complex surgery and pelvic pain, Dr. Oshinowo pursued an FMIGS fellowship at Florida Hospital, Orlando, under the mentorship of Dr. Georgine Lamvu. Subsequently, Dr. Oshinowo gained clinical experience in private practice at Baylor Scott & White Garland and Plano in Texas. Her career trajectory shifted to academia, where she currently serves as MIGS faculty and Assistant Fellowship Director for the FMIGS program at Indiana University School of Medicine. Additionally, she holds the position of Head of Robotics for Eskanazi Health Hospital. Dr. Oshinowo’s research interests focus on developing collaborative curriculums in robotics and pelvic pain. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending time with her family and salsa dancing.
