Dr. Veronica Lerner is a Professor at Lennox Hill Hospital, part of the Northwell Health Hospital system. She earned her medical degree from the University of Colorado and completed her OB/GYN residency at Mount Sinai Hospital in New York in 2002. Following residency, she completed a pelvic surgery fellowship at the Virginia Mason Hospital in Seattle. Clinically, she has expertise in advanced laparoscopic, robotically assisted, and vaginal procedures for endometriosis, fibroids, adenomyosis, chronic pelvic pain, bleeding disorders, prolapse, and incontinence. Her academic interests include education via simulation, surgical education, and the advancement of minimally invasive gynecologic surgery.
