Sarah Choi is a laparoscopic and robotic pelvic surgeon specializing in deep endometriosis with a focus on nerve-sparing techniques, surgical anatomy and neuropelveology procedures. She is the AGES (Australasian Gynaecological Endoscopic Surgery Society) MIGS Fellowship Training Supervisor at the Sydney Women's Endosurgery Centre, St. George Hospital, NSW, Australia; an International Faculty member of the International School of Surgical Anatomy (ISSA); and a Faculty member of the AGES Lap-D course (Laparoscopic Anatomy Pelvic Dissection). Sarah also serves on the International Relations Committee of AGES and is on the Robotic Special Interest Committee of AGES.
