Description

The panel discussion will support recent FMIGS graduates and seasoned faculty alike in developing tools to expand their impact beyond the operating room, to become the next generation of leaders in gynecologic surgery. Topics will cover areas such as surgical mentorship, scholarly advancements, financial sustainability, and promoting the MIGS brand.

Learning Objectives: After attending this session, the participant will be able to: 1) Identify ways to mentor learners in and out of the operating room to develop a strong foundation in gynecologic surgery; 2) Utilize successful methods to advance the field of gynecologic surgery via scholarly pursuits; 3) Implement approaches to financially optimize your gynecologic surgical practice; and 4) Effectively connect with patients and physicians to promote MIGS as a subspecialty.
