Housing and Accommodations

AAGL has negotiated some of the best rates available in New Orleans at a several hotels to meet a variety of preferences.  Registration for #AAGL24 is required before you can book a hotel room within the AAGL room blocks and rates. The list of official attendee hotels is listed below.

If you are unable to secure a room, please continue to check back with the hotel of preference, as availability continues to change daily or contact meetings@aagl.org.

You will receive a confirmation from the hotel if you secured a reservation in one of the official hotels listed below.  Please make changes directly with the hotel.  Please be sure to refer to the hotel cancellation policies to avoid fees.

The cut-off has passed, however check with the hotels, as rooms may become available. 

Note: AAGL reserves the right to modify hotel reservations for those attendees not officially registered for the Congress. Registrants will be notified.

You will receive a confirmation from the hotel once you submit your information. A credit card is required to book your reservation. To modify your hotel reservation, please refer to your confirmation number or contact the hotel directly. Be sure to review the hotel cancellation policies as fees may apply. 

The AAGL is not working with outside entities to make hotel room reservations for the Global Congress.  AAGL hotels will not be calling you to help you make a reservation – any solicitation like that is a scam. Follow the link that is provide during the registration process to take advantage of the discounted rates. Reservations should be made only by using the online link which will be provided. Solicitations by outside organizations to book hotel rooms could imperil your personal information and result in problems with your reservation. If you receive communications from anyone other than AAGL Staff or the hotel related to your reservation, please contact AAGL immediately via email at ggalindo@aagl.org or by phone at 714-726-2147.
