Jennifer Howard is a dedicated advocate for uterine fibroids and women’s health, serving as Director of Network for The White Dress Project. In her role, she leads efforts to elevate the patient voice through surveys, focus groups, community engagement initiatives, and strategic programs that ensure patient experiences and perspectives help shape the organization’s work. With years of experience in client service, consulting, relationship management, and leadership development, Jennifer brings a unique blend of professional expertise and advocacy to advancing fibroid awareness, education, and support.
Through her work engaging directly with women affected by fibroids, Jennifer recognized a critical need to address the financial barriers that often prevent patients from accessing timely care. This insight led her to spearhead the creation of The White Dress Cares Patient Fund, an initiative designed to help women overcome financial obstacles to fibroid diagnosis and treatment. Through this work, she collaborates with patients, healthcare providers, and community partners to promote equitable access to care and support better health outcomes for women living with uterine fibroids.
