Course Description

This Virtual Congress session supplies the surgeon with high level updates on advances in minimally invasive gynecologic oncology care. The learning will cover in depth evidence and provide a video curriculum to guide management of cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, disease recurrence, and the use of artificial intelligence. Practical points from expert gynecologic oncologists supplement the highest level of scientific evidence in each of these areas. The surgeon will come away equipped to adeptly manage challenging surgical situations guided by the most modern and minimally invasive approach.

 

Learning Objectives

  1. To define the least invasive approaches for the surgical management of early-stage cervical cancer
  2. To integrate knowledge into strategies for the minimally invasive surgical management of recurrent gynecologic cancer
  3. To demonstrate evidence and techniques for minimally invasive surgery in primary and interval debulking surgery for advanced ovarian cancer
