Course Description

This session will explore cutting-edge strategies for fertility-preserving gynecologic surgery, with a strong focus on hysteroscopic and minimally invasive techniques. International experts from ESGE and AAGL will discuss a range of topics, including surgical management of adenomyosis, the balance between fertility surgery and ART, and conservative treatment options for endometrial cancer in young patients.

Learning Objectives

  1. Discuss the role of hysteroscopy and intrauterine surgery in uterine assessment and fertility preservation.
  2. Describe the surgical management of adenomyosis in patients who desire fertility preservation.
  3. Explain eligibility criteria and surgical techniques for fertility preservation in endometrial cancer patients.
